Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the province’s economic immigration program. The program nominates individuals and their families for permanent resident status based on the current labor market needs and economic development priorities. Foreign workers, international students, business owners or entrepreneurs from outside of Canada and others with the right skills, experience and education can apply to the OINP for a nomination. It is a two-step process where applicants will receive a PNP nomination first, which can be used to apply for permanent residence through Express Entry.
