Zeesean Raza Sheikh is the Founding and Principal Lawyer at Prestige Law Firm in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
Zeesean was born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, spending most of his upbringing in the Greater Toronto Area and is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. He has achieved many accomplishments and has received recognition for his tireless and devoted efforts for his legal and community related work.
Zeesean holds an undergraduate and double Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Journalism, in addition to having completed a Business Administration Legal Diploma in the Law Clerk Program from Seneca College.
He then proceeded to Law School and completed his LL.B from the University of Stirling, Scotland, in the United Kingdom.
Upon returning to Canada, Zeesean underwent his accreditation process through successfully completing the National Committee on Accreditation Examinations sanctioned by Federation of the Law Societies of Canada, thereupon being issued his Certification of Qualification.
Over the past decade, Zeesean has demonstrated the necessary and main-steam legal skills and experience in the areas of Immigration Law, Real Estate, Business Law and Civil Litigation and has made appearances before different courts and tribunals relating to civil and immigration matters.
Therefore, Zeesean has developed a proven track-record in helping clients achieve their goals by navigating through complex legal cases.
He has worked at various boutique law firms throughout the Greater Toronto Area including Yallen & Associates, Law Office of Gary Segal, Law Office of Salim Momin, Javed Legal, Care Canada Immigration and Maqbool Law. He has also worked extra-provincially in Moncton, New Brunswick at Noel & Associates.
Today, Zeesean practices Law as a Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public and is a licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario. In his current role at Prestige Law, he primarily focuses on Real Estate and Immigration Law/Canadian Business Immigration.
Zeesean prides himself with his pro-bono legal work through serving on social committees and providing his professional services at different community legal clinics. Apart from legal services, Zeesean is deeply rooted in community engagement, being an active volunteer at food drives with homeless shelters and raising funds for scholarships and bursaries for children belonging to orphanages.
For his selfless commitments, Zeesean has been recognised by HOPE Foundation Canada for his exemplary dedication and service towards children and youth education initiatives.
When Zeesean is not busy working, he enjoys spending time with family and most especially with his new born daughter, Sakina.
